The author is 1 of the boy soldier removed from fighting by UNICEF, and through the help of rehabilitation center, he learned how to forgive himself, to regain his humanity, and finally, to heal.
He is now a member of the Human Rights Watch Children’s Right Division Advisory Committee & has spoken for many other NGO panels on children affected by war.
